<DIV dir=ltr>Bij de werkzaamheden van de secretaris van de Verenigng Wikimedia
Nederland behoort ook het beheren van de maillist: <A
href="mailto:documents@lists.wmnederland.org">documents@lists.wmnederland.org</A>.,
zo werd mij duidelijk bij de overdracht van werkzaamheden.
<DIV>U hebt zich ooit voor deze maillist ingeschreven. De maillist bestaat al
een aantal jaren en de activiteiten hierop zijn zeer beperkt. Ik vraag me dan
ook af of deze maillist nog wel nut heeft.</DIV>
<DIV>In de afgelopen jaren zijn de communicatie uitingen van de vereniging flink
toegenomen. Er worden nu 8 nieuwsbrieven per jaar verzonden. Onze voorzitter
Ziko van Dijk stuurt met grote regelmaat een bericht aan alle leden over
organisatorische zaken, in Nederland, maar ook internationaal. Belangrijke
documenten, zoals het Jaarplan, het Jaarverslag of Notulen van de ALV worden
altijd op de verenigingswiki geplaatst. Het is wellicht mede daardoor dat de
maillist documents een min of meer slapend bestaan leidt.</DIV>
<DIV>Daarom dit kleine onderzoek:</DIV>
<DIV>Wilt u zo vriendelijk zijn een mailtje aan mij terug te sturen waarin u
aangeeft waarom déze maillist belangrijk voor u is, en wat uw verwachtingen met
betrekking tot deze list zijn?</DIV>
